End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement "agreement" is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Blazer Software ("Blazer", "we", "our", or "our") regarding your use of the Blazer Browser software application and any associated services, updates, and documentation (collectively, the "Software").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the Software.


1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Blazer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control for personal or internal business use.

This license does not allow you to:

  • Use the Software on devices you do not own or control;
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software;
  • Copy, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to any third party;
  • Use the Software for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Blazer and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Blazer.

3. Updates

Blazer may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, patches, or other modifications to the Software. These may be installed automatically or require manual action. This Agreement governs all such updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

4. Third-Party Services

The Software may allow you to access and integrate third-party services (e.g., email clients, productivity tools, cloud storage). Use of such services is governed by their respective terms. Blazer is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data handling of third-party services.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Software, you consent to the data practices described therein.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

7. Disclaimers

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blazer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Software or this Agreement. Blazer' total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Software.

9. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export laws and regulations. You may not use or export the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Blazer concerning the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
